This truffled cheese is soft and decadent with a white bloomy rind. The cheese is made using Bath Soft Cheese, but with a layer of truffle in the centre. Once cut into, it reveals an ivory-coloured interior with a spear of truffle. It comes wrapped in limited edition parchment paper with our classic red wax seal. Made with our own pasteurised cows' milk, this cheese is paired with truffle to make an exclusive addition to your cheeseboard.

This cheese is a four inch rectangle and weighs approximately 120 grams.
