Blending the Swedish tradition with British craftsmanship, Peter yards use only the finest natural ingredients to create a range of hand-baked sourdough delights. Their collection ranges from crispbreads and crackers to tempting sourdough bites. The process begins with a meticulously fermented sourdough starter, which is left for 16 hours to develop a unique, understated flavour. The dough is then slowly rolled out until it attains a delicate thinness, after which it is lightly dusted with rye flour and slowly baked to perfection, resulting in a dappled, crisp, and intriguingly wobbly texture.
