Our sea salt caramel truffle recipe is a sweet liquid caramel with a hint of sea salt, all captured in a velvety milk chocolate shell. An explosion of silky smooth caramel. A truly divine and indulgent caramel experience.

INGREDIENTS:

Milk chocolate 60%  (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), salted caramel (37%) (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, palm kernel oil & palm oil (from a sustainable source), sea salt (0.9%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids)), icing sugar. Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum, milk solids 20.5% minimum.

ALLERGENS:

Milk, Soya. May also contain traces of Nuts and Gluten. Suitable for Vegetarians.
