About the producer

The Lyme Bay Winery is located in Devon's beautiful Axe Valley where MD and head winemaker James Lambert and his winery team craft some superb English wines.

Taking well-selected grapes from numerous English vineyards, Lyme Bay have constructed a range that demonstrates great advances in English wine-making. This is a superb example of what can be achieved and includes a range of red, white, rosé and sparkling wines

APPEARANCE: Delicate mousse, pale lemon in colour.

NOSE: Clean, vibrant and bursting with lemon, green apples and freshly cut grass.

PALATE: Excellent depth of flavour with tantalising acidity and length. This wine shows balance and gives way to citrus and toast flavours.

STYLE: A dry, fruit-driven sparkling wine made in the Traditional Method.
