When Fitz decided they wanted to make sparkling wine they also wanted to make their mark. They looked at all the fantastic offerings in the English sparkling wine category and decided to make their sparkling wine in a different way.

Using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, they were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.

Their popular Fitz white sparkling wine is now joined by the exciting Fitz pink, a vibrant, red berry flavour sparkling wine. We hope you enjoy England’s first pink Charmat method sparkling wine.
