Our sea salt caramel truffle recipe is a sweet liquid caramel with a hint of sea salt, all captured in a scrumptious dark chocolate shell. An explosion of silky smooth caramel. A truly divine and indulgent caramel experience.

INGREDIENTS:

Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin)),salted caramel (36%) (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, palm kernel oil & palm oil (from a sustainable source), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), sea salt (0.5%)), cocoa powder alkalised.
Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.
