Grape Variety

65% Pinot Noir, 21% Pinot Meunier, 6% Rondo, 4% Regent, 4% Early Pinot Noir

Fruit is whole-bunch pressed with the majority of colour coming from the Early Pinot Noir, Rondo, and Regent rather than from skin maceration. This gives a light, smooth characteristic to the wine. Cool fermentation and early clarification also help with the light, effortless style.
