A lovely and expressive wine with stylish and intense summer fruit pudding flavours, raspberries, pomegranate and bursting with the zing of sherbet fountains.

This vintage has just won a silver medal in the 2022 Decanter World Wine Awards. The judges commented: ‘Beautifully coloured fruity rose, with mixed red berry flavours and subtle hints of herb. Rather nice!’

Fruit was crush-destemmed for maceration and colour extraction in press. Cool fermentation took place for around 14 days with yeasts selected to accentuate ester and red fruit character.

Trout with toasted almonds, samphire and slow roasted pumpkin. Picnics and early evening drinks
