Mouth-watering flavours of blackcurrant and ripe fresh fig, with notes of dark cherry and white pepper. An elegant medium bodied wine with a silky texture and good ageing potential, which will allow development of more complex fruit flavours.

Pinot Noir grapes were cold-soaked prior to fermentation. Post Fermentation, the wine then underwent malolactic fermentation. A small portion of the wine was transferred to oak and matured prior to blending and filtration.

Bright glorious flavours of blackcurrant leaves leading into a ripe fresh fig flavour with heady notes of dark cherry and white pepper. Light but with medium structured body. A wine with good ageing potential resulting in more complex fruit flavours
