About the Devil’s Dance

In a nearby village, a mysterious musician played his fiddle at a wedding party. The heat and fire of the dance could only be from the devil’s music, matched by the fiery heat in our chilli cheddar. Our award-winning cheddar is aged for up to 12 months before being infused with chillies for a powerful and distinctive cheddar cheese.

What is Organic Cheese?

Organic cheeses, as opposed to regular cheeses, are made with organic milk – which is milk from farms that raise their animals in a certified organic way. Cows are fed with organic foods (often our own silage, grown here on the farm) free from chemicals, and freely graze in areas free from chemical fertilisers and pesticides. This results in a high quality milk that is used in products like our organic cheddar cheese. To be marketed as an organic product, producers must pass annual inspections and follow strict specifications.
