Handcrafted using milk from our grass-fed cows, clothbound and naturally matured, typically for 6 months. This vibrant, full-flavoured cheese is our distinctive take on a classic Red Leicester, with a crumbly texture, fresh, nutty flavours and a lemony creaminess.
