What is Single Concentrated White Truffle Oil (100ml)?

We shave the highest quality white truffles and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn't as strong as our double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it.

What does it taste like?

Intense garlic aroma. Powerful white truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.

How should I use it?

Use our Single Concentrated White Truffle Oil (100ml) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
